Following a 4 year education in Dental School, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. The doctors can also diagnose and treat Facial Pain, Facial Injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform Reconstructive Surgery.
