LODGE LOGS - Corporate office - 7789 S Federal Way, Boise Idaho 83716 - (208) 336-2450 or (800) 533-2450
As a fourth generation logger, I grew up in a small logging community in the central mountains of Idaho and from an early age was taught to appreciate and respect our environment.
For generations my family had thrived on logging. As a previous owner of a successful logging company I take great pride in my ability to properly thin a forest without endangering the natural habitat also ensuring that the remaining timber is assured an adequate space to grow. Our techniques have time and again proved to prevent bug infestations and devastating forest fires.
When I purchased Lodge Logs in 1996, the log home company had been in business for more than twenty years. What impressed me about this pioneer log home manufacturer was their philosophy on quality and their desire to manufacture one of the best built log homes in the country, while being environmentally friendly.
As the owner of Lodge Logs I have taken the company to a new level by starting another company, Treasure Valley Forest Products, where we've expanded and built another sawmill that is able to cut logs using more of the tree down to a 4 top instead of a 6 top. We also built a wood pellet mill that utilizes all the wood chips
from the sawmill and the the wood chips from the Lodge Logs mill. Every part of the tree is utilized in our process including the bark which is used for landscape material. Our saw mill is designed to cut any type of lumber or beams processed in the world up to 40 long. We can manufacture beams, T&G products, log cabin siding and various other structural and decorative products that can be used to complement our log home packages. Thus by using every part of a tree, I feel we are doing everything we can to be recognized as a green company. I am proud that we are doing our part in making the world a greener place to live.
All of us at Lodge Logs strive hard to fulfill your dreams of owning the best quality log home available. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to produce your dream log home, a home that you and your family will be proud to own for generations to come.
