Welcome to the practice of Dr. Diane McConnehey, dermaesthetics. Established in 1998, and using today's advanced technologies, Dr. McConnehey provides a wide range of skin care procedures, both medical and cosmetic.
Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. McConnehey's focus has shifted to dermatology. Her interest in the care and treatment of skin disorders, as well as her interest in cosmetic procedures and skin care products which improve the health and appearance of the skin, has led to this evolution in her practice.
Karin Echols, Medical Esthetician, has recently joined Dr. McConnehey in her practice. Karin brings to Dermaesthetics a well rounded, broad range of experience. Dual licensed in both cosmetology and esthetics, she has spent 25 years in the beauty industry but the last 6 years focused on correcting the health and appearance of the skin and face. She has expertise in chemical peeling, treating hyperpigmentation disorders and acne, as well as luxurious facials and waxing. She also has had extensive experience in professional makeup artistry and eyebrow shaping. Karin is also trained in and presently administering Botox and Dermal Filler injections. She is very passionate about her work and patients and loves to further knowledge with continuing education at every opportunity she can take. Shealso serves as the President of Esthetics Professionals of Idaho, a non-profit organization for all licensed skin care individuals in the state of Idaho.
