Empty Hand Combat in Historic Downtown Nampa offers Kung Fu Martial Arts for men, women and children of all ages. Not only will you learn how to defend yourself, but you will also grow in confidence, self-control and discipline. And, your first class is always free. We offer classes in the afternoon and evenings, Monday through Friday and on Saturday mornings.
