James A. Sewell & Associates, LLC, provides quality consulting services to Northeastern Washington and Northern Idaho, and has been doing so since 1912. We provide consulting services in the fields of civil (including structural) and electrical engineering, land use planning, land surveying, materials testing and building inspection services.
