Q. I received an email but the expected attachment was not with it and there was a message that the attachment had been removed from the email.
A. The attachment may have had a virus and the virus scanner removed it. Also, if the sender attached a .exe, .bat, .com or .scr, these are also removed for virus security reasons. These files can be sent, but they need to be compressed with pkzip or winzip.
Q. I sent some pictures in an email, but it was returned to me. Why?
A. There is a 10MB limitation on attachments, which is quite common with most ISP's. This is due to the massive amounts of storage required without any restrictions on size.
Q. Why do I get all of the unwanted emails? I don't know thest people.
A. This is the electronic version of junk mail. To eliminate the problem, call us to set up a spam filter on your email address.
