Every piece that leaves our shop is inspected and then branded with "The Idaho Woodshop"™ brand ensuring you will have a quality controlled original, not a cheapened knock off that is common in this industry. We strive to keep this art-form alive by maintaining the quality & integrity it deserves.
Our dedication to workmanship and unique design has made us the favorite rustic furniture supplier for local and regional retail stores in the Northwest since 1989. We also have chosen select retailers and interior designers in Canada, California, Colorado, New Mexico and Montana to display and sell our furniture. Many of the retailers have design departments helping you custom design each piece of furniture for every room in your home in order to complete your dream. We continue today individually handcrafting every piece of furniture. Hand selecting the wood for each piece, we remove bark and perform detail sanding for our log furniture lines, followed by a hand rubbed oil finish then lacquer if you choose. We also hand select antique reclaimed wood from buildings as far back as the early 1900's. Beautiful Knotty Alder, Circle Sawn Red Fir & Solid Plank Hickory is used for most of our Elegant Rustic Lines adding a new dimension to the term "Rustic". You will be delighted with the finished product when working with "The Idaho Woodshop"tm to complement your home.
