GVA provides service to the Palouse-Quad-City region in north central Idaho, identified by Moscow-Pullman and Lewiston-Clarkston urban areas; other regions are identified by Walla Walla-Tri-Cities urban areas in south central Washington and the Spokane Valley in eastern Washington.

GVA has provided professional real estate appraisal services since 1986. The company is staffed with Idaho and Washington Certified General Appraisers who hold degrees from Idaho State University and University of Idaho specializing in Business Finance and Economics. The founder, Ruby Stroschein, holds a Masters Degree in Applied Economics and her MAI Designation.
