Throughout the past 40 years, Wills, Inc. has development multiple subdivisions in the Magic Valley Area and is one of the major builders in Twin Falls. Our commitment to building a quality, affordable home has been the key to our continued success.
Wills, Inc. was started by the Wills family back in the 1960's and their leadership in the community has helped shape the layout of Twin Falls through the years. Started by Ernest J. Wills, Sr. and Robert C. Wills, Wills, Inc. developed their first subdivision across from Morningside Elementary School and have consistently been the leader in the Home Building business.
Wills, Inc. is a Property Management company with properties located around the Magic Valley including a 150 unit mobile home park, a 32 unit apartment complex located in downtown area of Twin Falls, and varies Duplexes, Fourplexes located in various parts of Twin Falls.
We have completed a variety of Commercial Project in Idaho and Nevada through the years. We are primarily a residential home builder.
