Due to strong interests and conflicting appointments, we have chosen to change the date of our "How to Keep What You Have Safe" financial seminar. The event will now be held on Friday, January 14, 2011 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at our Twin Falls office.
Cooper Norman rises above…to 11,106 feet!
Pictured above (left to right) are Cooper Norman’s Blake Johnson, Mike Pryor, Pam Staker, Terri Gazdik, Megan Judd, and Lisa Nolan. On August 16, 2010 they took on the exhilarating task of hiking part of the Teton Mountain Range (Table Mountain, elevation 11,106 feet). The hike offered fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and countless wild flowers in full bloom. The biggest reward for their efforts was when they crested the top of Table Mountain to witness the breathtaking view of the Grand Teton itself (elevation 13,770).
IRS Update - New Small Business Health Care Tax Credit
The credit, which takes effect this year, is designed to encourage small employers to offer health insurance coverage for the first time or maintain coverage they already have. In general, the credit is available to small employers that pay at least half the cost of single coverage for their employees in 2010. The credit is specifically targeted to help small businesses and tax-exempt organizations that primarily employ low- and moderate-income workers. View the postcard. View state-by-state information on distribution of the postcard. Also see more information about the credit, including a step-by-step guide and answers to frequently asked questions.
