Harrison Idaho Water Adventures HI Water Adventures Inc. is the only watercraft rental centrally located in the most scenic and remote areas of North Idaho. We are also unique in the amount of services we provide. Our primary business is renting 20ft power boats along with the towable accessories such as tubes, ski's and wakeboards. We have also expanded our service to provide personal watercraft rentals (Waverunners). If you want to slow down and expand your access to the scenic views of North Idaho we have many non-motorized options to choose from. We provide kayak rentals on Lake Coeur d' Alene as well as guided kayak tours on the Coeur d' Alene River and Chain Lakes. If you want gravity to do most of the work you could rent our float rafts. The St. Joe and Coeur d' Alene Rivers provide whitewater in the Spring. These same rivers are an excellent source for leisurely float trips during the mid and late summer. Our whitewater rafts are also fully equipped with a fly fishing frame. The St. Joe River has some of the best Trout fishing in the country. We offer water adventures that are as action packed or laid back as you desire. Let us help plan your vacation. Call Today!
What makes the geography so great? The last few years Lake Coeur d Alene has gained recognition for its uncontested beauty. What most neglect to capitalize on is the extensive opportunities for remote adventures on its tributaries; the Coeur d' Alene, St. Joe and St. Maries rivers as well as the Chain Lakes. These tributaries offer unique wildlife experiences with daily occurrences of rare North American wildlife. The possible water activities are as diverse as the wildlife. There is an endless opportunity for fun and discovery. Whether you desire wild excitement, family fun or peace and tranquility let us get you on the water and on your way to a dream vacation. Call HI Water Adventures today. We are the only company that rents water craft on the tributaries of Lake Couer d' Alene. We are the only company that allows you to take powerboats up those tributaries.

South Coeur d Alene Lake There are many little known benefits to visiting the south end of Lake Couer d' Alene. The rough weather patterns typically stay to the North end of the lake. There is less boat traffic and less chop on water at the south end. Also the small town culture of Harrison is guaranteed to lower your heart rate as you enjoy ice cream, music in the park and our sandy shores. Harrison has a trial head to the 72 Mile paved bicycle "Trail of the Couer D Alene" which meanders along the CDA lake and river front. We also have a growing mercantile industry in the full service town of Harrison.
Why Harrison? Harrison is at the center of the South Coeur d Alene Lake experience. Harrison is a full service town with the largest public dock system on the lake, a public beach, city park and the Trails of The Coeur d Alene bike trail running right through town. We are centrally located at the mouth of the Coeur d Alene River, so once your on the water your options are limitless.

You can choose to boat in any of the following directions: West Maury State Park, Black Rock Water Fall. North Arrow Point, and Coeur D Alene. East Coeur d Alene River, Eight Chain Lakes and Silver Valley. South St. Joe River, St. Maries, Heyburn State Park.
But thats not all! We are located one block off the Trails of the Coeur d Alene. Which is a 72 mile paved bike trail providing unmatched scenic access to Lake Couer d'Alene and tributaries. This trail connects us to Heyburn State Park, Indian Mountain hiking trails and the Silver Valley. We also have a growing mercantile including Art galleries, gift shopping, ice cream shop, Old time candy shop, beauticians, bait and tackle, bike rentals, lodging, a museum, pubs, restaurants, and countless local events.
Wildlife Did you know that sightings of Moose in and around Harrison are common? During the summer they migrate along the bike trail and chain lakes. We also have one of the highest population densities of Osprey in the world. There are many eagles that also compete with the osprey for nesting grounds. There are so many species of bird that can be seen from our local bird observatory at Thompson Lake a few minutes drive from Harrison.
On our kayak tours you will get even closer to these birds as well as deer, moose, beaver, turtles, fish, and aquatic plant life.
