Welcome to Altitude Physical Therapy
We work hard to provide a higher standard of rehabilitation. All patient treatments are performed by highly trained, licensed physical therapists on a one-on-one basis. Your therapist will only be working with you during your visit- something that allows him or her to pay attention to your individual needs and develop a custom rehabilitation plan created specifically for you.
Our goal is to promote a caring, fun environment that encourages our patients to continue their progress, injury free, long past discharge from our services. One of the ways we do this is by encouraging our patients to take an active role in their therapy, and instructing them in ways to decrease pain and improve daily functions outside of the clinic.
